Qatar Airways will increase its frequencies on flights from Doha to Zagreb and Belgrade this winter season. The airline will boost the number of nonstop flights from Doha to the Croatian capital from three to four times per week, with the remaining three weekly flights to continue operating via Budapest. Qatar Airways has fifth freedom rights between Budapest and Zagreb and vice versa, allowing it to sell tickets between the two cities. Meanwhile, the airline will boost its operations to Belgrade from four to five times per week. Services operate via Turkey’s capital Ankara. The Qatari carrier does not hold fifth freedom rights between the two cities. The additional frequencies come into effect from December 21.
