Alitalia to Split and Dubrovnik

Tuesday, January 20, 2015

Alitalia will introduce seasonal summer flights from Milan’s Linate Airport to the Croatian coast this August. The Italian carrier will operate two weekly flights to both Split and Dubrovnik during the Ferragosto holiday period until the end of August. The airline will launch services to Split on August 2, with flights to run until August 30 on an Embraer E175 jet, while services to Dubrovnik will operate from August 1 to 29, also two times per week with the E175 aircraft.

  1. Thousands and thousands of Italian tourists in Croatia, but no flights from DBV and SPU to Milano with Croatia Airlines?

Croatia - such a wonderful country with a feeder of Lufthansa´s hubs and not of Croatian coast...

      Come'n Sarajevo, please don't troll !
If we comment in this manner, what's then to be said about BH Airlines? Compared to them, Croatia is NASA.
And Easyjet operates heavily from both Split and Dubrovnik to Milano in season. It's called competition, when you don't operate services which others operate sucessfully, and don't live you more space. And the best proof that not even AZ can compete Easy, that these flights are 2 weekly, Embraer, for a single "Ferragosto" month.
